State Department diplomacy is much more than embassies, treaties and summits. It’s also three-pointers and slam dunks. And Wright State University alumnus Morgan O’Brien has an opportunity to strengthen the State Department’s sports diplomacy program, serving a fellowship with the NBA’s International Basketball Operations team.
