History
A Student Taskforce was established in 2016 to evaluate the Student Alumni Association (SAA) & the Student Philanthropy Council (SPC) at Wright State University to develop a plan that would merge the two studentorganizations and their respective missions, while fostering student autonomy and positively impacting student lives. The taskforce was composed of student leaders representing Annual Giving, Alumni Association, Student Alumni Association, Student Philanthropy Council, Student Government Association, President’s Ambassadors, LBGTQA Affairs, and University Activities Board. Celebrating the founding year of Wright State University (1967), this organization will promote tradition and school spirit.
