Dr. Hank Dahlman is the founding director of CELIA, the Ohio Center of Excellence for Collaborative Education, Leadership and Innovation in the Arts. As director of CELIA, he coordinates the WSU Distinguished Visiting Artist Program, the CELIA Fellows Program, and other innovative and collaborative ventures in the arts, humanities and social sciences. He is also a professor of music at Wright State University, and serves as the conductor of the internationally recognized WSU Collegiate Chorale. Dahlman is the founding artistic director of WSU's annual Holidays in the Heartland, and serves as the conductor of the Choirs of the Dayton Philharmonic Orchestra. He is a regular guest conductor with the DPO, and has conducted throughout Europe and the U.S., including two appearances at Carnegie Hall. His Pronunciation Guide to Carl Orff's Carmina Burana has been used by over 150 orchestras and choruses on five continents.
