Lindsay is a proud graduate of Wright State University. During her time here, she earned a bachelor of science degree in Business Management in 2004 from the Raj Soin College of Business, an American Humanics Nonprofit Management Certificate in 2004, and a Master of Public Administration in 2006 from the College of Liberal Arts.
Lindsay is the Associate Executive Director of Clothes That Work. She considers herself blessed to work in a profession that strengthens individuals and builds our community. In her current position at Clothes That Work, she is responsible for fund development and partner relationships which support the empowerment of low income job seekers. Since 2007, Lindsay has more than doubled the agency’s referral partner network, increased contract revenue by 78% and secured more than $400,000 in grant funding. Her efforts help Clothes That Work provide an increasing number of job seekers with the professional clothing and image coaching they need to present a confident, work ready image.
This past quarter, Lindsay also used her passion for the nonprofit sector and leadership development as an adjunct instructor for the Student Philanthropy project at Wright State University. She used her experiences to educate students about philanthropy and empower them to make a difference in their community. The class developed fundraising and grant writing activities that culminated in the distribution of $6,000 to area nonprofits.

Since graduation, she has continued her education via local Association of Fundraising Professional workshops, classes at The Indiana University/Purdue University School of Philanthropy and as a 2009 Chamberlain Scholar at the AFP International Conference.
Lindsay lives in the historic Wright-Dunbar Neighborhood, enjoys time with family and friends, and keeps active going to the YMCA, biking and running.
